Agriculture

Our Agriculture program offers students a dynamic and hands-on learning experience, starting as early as 8th grade. The curriculum is designed to build a strong foundation and progressively deepen students' understanding of agriculture and its many fields.

Courses Offered:

  • Introduction to Agriculture (8th Grade): A gateway course that introduces students to the world of agriculture, exploring basic concepts in plant and animal science, environmental stewardship, and career opportunities in the industry.

  • Principles of Agriculture: This course builds on introductory knowledge, covering fundamental agricultural practices, agribusiness, and sustainability.

  • Animal Science: Focuses on the biology, care, and management of livestock and domesticated animals, preparing students for careers in animal-related fields.

  • Advanced Life Science: Animals: A rigorous, science-based course delving deeper into animal anatomy, physiology, and genetics, ideal for students interested in veterinary science or animal research.

  • Agriculture Power and Technology: Offers hands-on experience with agricultural tools, machinery, and emerging technologies used in modern farming.

  • Agriculture Structures, Fabrication, and Design: Introduces students to agricultural construction techniques, welding, and design principles used in building and maintaining farm structures.
